When will my products be dispatched?

Our fulfillment centre has a turnaround time of 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. 

When will my products be delivered?

This depends on the courier handling your parcel.

Please note, due to COVID & Brexit, many services are taking slightly longer than usual.

UK

  • Royal Mail 24 services: 1 to 3 days

  • Royal Mail 48 services: 2 to 5 days

  • Courier: Next working day

Europe

  • Royal Mail services: 3 to 5 days

  • Courier: depends on the destination

Rest of World

  • Royal Mail services: 7 to 10 days

  • USPS (USA): 3 to 5 days

  • P2P (Australia): 4 to 9 days

  • Courier: 5 to 7 days

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. 

If an order does not arrive, we recommend checking at your local post office and confirming your address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As a more planet friendly option, each product is printed to order using a UK fulfillment centre (printing partner) and we do not keep ready-to-ship stock, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Please email us at heykwagga@gmail.com if you have any concerns or questions regarding your product order or to inform us of a defect.

If products are returned to our printing partner due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know, and to arrange redelivery. The shipping costs will need to be paid again. 

What do I do if the product is faulty?

Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email us at heykwagga@gmail.com with your order number, a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P depending on the shipping method/destination which you can select at checkout.
